Are Souper Cubes® trays oven-safe?
Yes, all our silicone trays are oven-safe up to 415°F (212°C). However, the BPA-free plastic lids are not oven-safe and should be removed before baking.
What is the best way to clean my trays?
Souper Cubes® trays and lids are 100% dishwasher safe. For a deeper clean or to remove stubborn odors, you can also boil the silicone trays or use a vinegar soak.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your trays sooner.
Do the lids provide an airtight seal?
Our lids are designed to fit snugly to prevent spills and protect against freezer burn, though they are not intended to be 100% liquid-tight if stored vertically while contents are still liquid.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
