We want you to love your Souper Cubes® products; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your unused silicone trays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; please ensure all original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
